杨怡欣

个人简介

杨怡欣，西安邮电大学副教授，硕士生导师，陕西铜川人，中共党员。2014年本科毕业于西安电子科技大学光电工程学院电子科学与技术专业，同年免试推荐攻读研究生，2021年获西安电子科技大学光电工程学院光学工程专业博士学位。2019年至2020年比利时荷语布鲁塞尔自由大学电子与信息系公派联合培养博士生。2021年以高层次人才引进方式进入西安邮电大学通信与信息工程学院工作。主要承担本科生课程《信号与系统》和研究生课程《机器学习与深度学习综合实验》教学工作。

主要研究方向包括高光谱图像异常检测和地物分类，以及红外成像系统数字化建模仿真。在国内外主流期刊（IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, Remote Sensing, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, Infrared Physics and Technology等）发表论文14篇，其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文7篇，并长期担任上述期刊的同行评审人。获得西安电子科技大学2023年优秀博士学位论文。主持陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目、陕西省教育厅科学研究计划项目以及多项横向科研项目。授权国家发明专利3项。
