李波

个人简介

西安邮电大学副教授,硕士生导师。2009年毕业于西安电子科技大学ISN国家重点实验室信息与通信工程专业,获工学博士学位,2009年-至今在西安邮电大学通信与信息工程学院工作,2010-2012年任信息工程系副主任、专业负责人,2012年开始任信息工程系主任、党支部书记、专业负责人。其中2019-2020年任烽火电子网通事业部副经理(挂职锻炼)。

陕西省电子学会广播电视专委会副主任,2014年-2015年主持陕西省广电网络西咸新区分项目规划。长期承担卫星通信载荷验证、无线通信系统设计、应急广播通信系统设计方面的工作,有着丰富的通信算法与DSP、FPGA设计经验,曾任全球海事VDES通信卫星“凯盾一号”载荷系统负责人、香港星辰通信(01155.HK)高级顾问,现任厦门星座卫星应用研究院专家顾问,积累大量项目组织、技术管理及人力资源培养方面的经验,2016年获选智领未来-智能产业联盟10大年度风云人物。

主要从事复杂场景无线覆盖、空天地一体应急通信技术的应用研究,获得陕西省科技进步三等奖(2020),出版学术著作2部,授权专利5项,发表学术论文30余篇,主持(完成)各类项目10余项。

研究方向

面向远距离低能耗的宽带无线传输波形与组网协议栈研究(地面、卫星)

教学方向

地面数字广播,卫星广播与通信,FPGA系统设计
