公衍超

个人简介

公衍超，男，山东临沂人，中共党员，博士，副教授。2017年获西北工业大学信息与通信工程专业博士学位，西北工业大学优秀博士毕业生，优秀博士学位论文，连续3年获得博士研究生国家奖学金。2014年8月-11月，在澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学访问学习。 陕西省司法厅声像资料类司法鉴定人，陕西省人民检察院“益心为公”检察志愿者。多次获得“优秀导师团队”、“师德师风”优秀个人、“优秀共产党员”等。

主要从事视频安全取证、视频编码、教育视频处理、监控视频异常行为分析、人工智能、人类视觉系统感知等领域研究，获得中国产学研合作创新与促进奖、陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖、陕西省公安科技创新大赛三等奖。在国内外主流期刊和会议（TIP、TCSVT、FCS、TB等）发表论文40余篇。担任多个国际会议区域主席、宣传主席。授权发明专利十余件，多项成果在一线公共安全部门应用。主持或参与国家级计划项目、国家自然科学基金等项目10余项，指导学生获得各类竞赛奖励10余项，多名学生升入头部双一流高校继续深造。参与编写《刑侦图像视频处理技术》等著作。
