公衍超

个人简介

公衍超，男，山东临沂人，中共党员，博士，副教授。2017年获西北工业大学信息与通信工程专业博士学位，西北工业大学优秀博士毕业生，优秀博士学位论文，连续3年获得博士研究生国家奖学金。2014年8月-11月，在澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学访问学习。 西安市公共安全图像处理技术及应用重点实验室主任，西安邮电大学电子数据检验检测中心副主任，公共安全信息处理技术及应用团队负责人，陕西省司法厅声像资料类司法鉴定人，陕西省人民检察院“益心为公”检察志愿者。担任多个国际会议区域主席、宣传主席，多次获得“优秀导师团队”、“师德师风”优秀个人、“优秀共产党员”等。

获得中国产学研合作创新与促进奖、陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖/陕西高等学校科学技术奖等奖项。主持国家自然科学基金、司法鉴定重点实验室、陕西省重点研发计划等项目，在国内外主流期刊和会议（TIP、TCSVT、TB、ACM MM等）发表论文50余篇，授权发明专利十余件。带领团队长期配合公共安全部门、企事业单位等开展数据取证、网络安全防御、技术人才培养等工作，取得良好社会效益。指导学生获得各类竞赛奖励10余项，多名学生升入头部双一流高校继续深造。参与编写《刑侦图像视频处理技术》等著作。

研究方向

AI生成式视频检测，视频安全取证，视频编码通信，教育视频处理，监控视频异常行为分析，人工智能，人类视觉系统感知
